Acire Ray – A Writer Picks Up Her Pen

Last year, I wrote about a poem and a budding writer “Acire Rae” at;

Today, I read another interesting post of hers at;

a writer picks up her pen…

The analogy of dam (and opening its spillways) vis-a-vis words is exactly how I have been feeling before I finally picked up my own pen a few years back. Somewhere else I read the analogy of a pressure cooker (actually a name of a fictional novel) pointing to the same thing which she describes.

How long can you hold back these words in your chest as they are like a breath your soul took and needs to exhale now. She describes that feeling in such a way that any writer can easily connect with her.

How blessed are writers like Acire Rae who can periodically open her soul’s spillways for some other thirsty souls (of readers) like myself.

Hoping to see more creative work of hers.
