The Day I Learned A Woman Can Lie From This Close

This (night) song is so good that I want to be a little explicit here if you allow. If not, you can always switch back to whatever you were doing. Or skip to my next post. So, here it is;

This woman was under my skin and I was about to enter her when she stopped me and said with tearful (yet beautiful) green eyes;

“Please promise me you will never leave me”.

I hesitated a bit since I was horny and did not expect such a deep question right in the middle of satisfying this animal instinct (sex) of mine.

I said “yes”.

And that YES has never left me alone. Of course, she lied and left. But I feel like stuck in that moment. Many therapies and shrinks later (no antidepressants, thank God), I hate to remember that (fake) moment over and over.

Jonny Lang – Lie To Me (Lyrics)

Lie to me and tell me everything is all right
Lie to me and tell me that you’ll stay here tonight
Tell me that you’ll never leave
Oh, and I’ll just try to make believe
That everything, everything your telling me is true
Come on baby won’t you just

Lie to me, go ahead and lie to me

Lie to me, it doesn’t matter anymore
It could never be, the way it was before
If I can’t hold on to you
Leave me somethin’ I can hold onto
For just a little while won’t you, won’t you let me be

Oh, anyone can see
That you love him more than me
But right now baby let me pretend
That our love will never end

Lie to me, go ahead and lie to me

    1. I think I was more cruel to her long before she returned me the favor. I was testing the waters and they turned out to be nothing but a deception of my eyes. Thanks for reading and your precious thoughts. Please never do that to your love what she did to me. I plead!!!

      1. You have no idea how much these words of yours make me happy ๐Ÿ™‚ Thank you Kristen. We’d be great (virtual) neighbors, I can see.
