Here’s how you can create a feedback form that will E-mail you the information any of your website visitors enter.
Zoho Custom Domain E-Mail Setup
Sign up for a new account at Zoho Mail via this link;
Don’t worry about their E-mail trial since it will expire automatically reverting back to the free plan that includes 5GB Email hosting. Zoho will not ask you to enter any credit card information either for this free E-Mail account.
During the account setup, Zoho will you will instruct you to enter TXT and MX zones in your website domain DNS records. Skip Spoofing or DKIM settings for now. After the Zoho mail account is setup successfully, you can access your E-mail at;
Next, open your website’s WordPress Dashboard and select “Add new” plugin by searching for “Zoho Mail Plugin”. Click “Install Now” and “Activate”;
At the bottom of dashboard’s left menu, click the “Zoho Mail” plugin and select “Configure Account”;
Copy entire field marked as “Authorization Redirect URI”;
Zoho Developer Console:
Login to Zoho Developer mode and click the “Add Client ID” under API Credentials;
Next, paste the above copied “Authorization Rediect URI” from your website’s WordPress Dashboard to Zoho Developer console. In the Client name, enter “wordpress” and in the client domain, enter your website domain i.e. “ABC.COM”. Choose “Web-based” client type from drop-down menu and click “Create” button when done.
In the next window, copy “Client ID” and “Client Secret” in a separate notebook file for later use or keep this window open to copy/paste them in the next step;
Open your website’s wordpress dashboard and click “configure” under “Zoho Mail” plugin. Enter the “Client ID” and “Client Secret” from previous step in Zoho Developer console. Next, enter your domain E-mail address that you created with Zoho. And finally enter the name of the sender. When done, click “Authorize” button;
In the next step, click “Accept” to grant access to your WordPress installation via Zoho developer console;
You should see the message “Access Granted” in the Zoho mail plugin’s configuration screen at wordpress dashboard.
Next, in your website’s wordpress dashboard, click “Test Mail” under “Zoho mail” plugin and enter your destination E-mail address, subject and content of the test email. When done, click “Send Mail”;
You should see “Mail sent successfully” confirmation on the top of the screen. To verify, open your own destination E-mail inbox to see if the mail arrived;

Next, install and activate new plugin “WP Mail SMTP” via wordpress dashboard;
Click “Settings” next to WP Mail SMTP plugin in the wordpress dashboard;
Enter the following information as displayed in the image and extracted from Zoho mail server;
Contact Form 7 Plugin
After configuring SMTP information, its time to install Contact Form 7 Plugin. Download and activate it;
Click “Add New” under “Contact” plugin in the WordPress dashboard and enter the name of the contact form. Click “Save” and copy the resultant code right after the form name;
Open or create a new page on WordPress dashboard and click the three dots on top-right hand corner. Click “Code editor” and copy/paste the contact form code that you got from the previous screen which may look like this;

After you publish the page, you can check by entering the information on your feedback form and see if you recieved the input data via E-mail in your inbox;
Visit this URL to setup anti-spam and anti-bot software Recaptcha;
Click “control panel” on the top-right hand screen. Enter your website domain information and select V3 to silently protect your website from bots;
Next, copy “Site key” and “Secret key”;
Back in your WordPress dashboard, click “Integration” under “Contact” form plugin and select “setup integration” under reCAPTCHA;
Enter the previously copied “Site key” and “Secret key” from Google reCAPTCHA into the contact form 7’s integration.
After the activation, when you reload your Feedback Form page, you’d see a recycle icon on the bottom left hand screen verifying the existance of the reCAPTCHA anti-bot and anti-spam security measure on your feedback forms;
