Favorite Links Browser Bar Represents Our Online Personality

In Chrome browser, I have marked some websites as my favorite links which appear on the top of the screen;

  • Fast.com
  • Yahoo Mail
  • Gmail
  • Contacts via Google
  • Voicemail and SMS checking via Google Voice
  • Blog (Notes)
  • Pixabay – free images
  • Google Drive to save documents online
  • Calendar – Google
  • Whatsapp Web
  • Personal Photos – Google
  • YouTube
  • News – Google

You may have noticed that I don’t use any social media i.e. Facebook or Twitter except one-way communications with myself i.e. writing a blog.

From above, it seems I am more inclined towards Google Cloud and ecosystem than any other. Even though over decades I have done my level best to keep Yahoo Mail my primary mail, but still thanks to terrible SPAM rankings of Yahoo Mail, majority of my sent E-mails end up at the bulk or spam folder of other people’s inbox. Hence, Gmail.

Before I start working on anything i.e. mobile phone, computer or a tablet, the first thing I do is to check the speed of Internet via Netflix’s ad-free tool FAST.COM.

Over the passage of time, I’d love to get rid of the News (by Google) to stay the heck away from humans. For now, I need news only to know where and how to avoid them.
