There are two ways you can lock Windows 10 screen after a specified time lapses;
Via Screen-saver
Click Windows Start button and select “Settings”;
In the Windows Settings, enter “lock screen” and click “Lock screen settings” in the drop down search suggestions;
In the Lock screen settings, click “Screen timeout settings”;
Under “Screen Saver” select “Blank” from drop-down menu and enter your desired number of minutes for screen to automatically lock. Check box “on resume, display logon screen”;
Via Power Options
In the Windows Settings, enter “power” and select “Powre & sleep settings”;
Next, under “Power & sleep” and “Screen” option, select number of minutes to wait from the drop-down menu labeled as “On battery power, turn off after” and “When plugged in, turn off after”;
