Windows 10 Booting ERROR: Install One RAM (Memory) Chip First And Run Windows 10 Before Installing Second RAM (Memory) Chip

Whenever you install both RAM chips or upgrade your memory chips, Windows 10 gives an error at the boot up. To avoid it, simply unplug the second RAM memory chip and restart your Windows 10 operating system. After shutting it down normally, insert second RAM memory chip and restart your Windows 10 computer system or laptop.
