The only freedom this war criminal (Colin Powell) enabled was freeing the souls of innocent millions of humans (Iraqis and other nationalities) from their bodies via bombs, bullets and what not. When a mass-murderer becomes a national hero instead of being tried in Hague for war crimes, I can understand why someone will return such a medal of freedom in protest.
