Why is Biden, Obama and Military Hawks Responsible For Ukraine Crisis And The Resultant Global Recession PLUS a possible nuclear armageddon?

In a dream today, I saw the first nuke (atom bomb) being dropped by Russia. Cornering a single, yet very powerful nation (from military point of view) like Russia, what else could you expect them to do? Stupidity at the top executive level has not only created the current global recession, but also threatening the very extinction of human specie from the planet Earth via nukes going off in every nook and corner of the world.
