Alternately, here’s how you can easily and freely convert any Adobe Acrobat PDF document into JPG or JPEG image format. First of all, visit Google Chrome Webstore via this link and click “Get”, “Install” or “Get extension” next to it;

Next, in your Chrome browser, type this in address bar and enable the extention labeled as “PDF to JPG”;

In Windows Explorer, Right-click the PDF document and click “Open with” to select “Google Chrome”;

Next, click EXTENSIONS icon next to three dots at the top right hand corner of the Chrome Browser screen and select “PDF to JPG” extension;

Click “From your PC” and select the PDF document in your computer folder;

Next, click “Upload and convert” under step 3 labeled as “Perform Convert”. Once done, click “Download to your computer” option;

A zip archive file will be downloaded in your DOWNLOAD folder. Simply open and extract the JPG images from that folder to view the converted images from PDF document;
